All Bliss programmes take a positive approach to psychology, so you’ll feel more and more empowered after every session.Your programme will develop organically in response to your personal needs and goals.
Coaching can never replace psychotherapy. This also applies to life coaching. Positive Psychology Coaching is basically aimed at psychologically healthy people who wish to improve their quality of life and work on their own personality. If mental illnesses are present, the psychotherapist is the right contact person. They are able to recognize and treat complex disorders. Coaches are not responsible for this.
